Licensed & insured in OH · 24/7 dispatch
Halo Water Proofing is a OH-licensed Basement Waterproofing company that treats every Berkey job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Berkey technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Berkey crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Berkey technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Catching one of these early usually means a smaller repair bill and a lot less stress for Berkey homeowners.
Odor is often the very first clue Berkey homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Berkey crews see.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Berkey foundation wall right now.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
No two Berkey basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Berkey foundation cracks with polyurethane injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Berkey pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Berkey crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Berkey commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations keep running.
Request a Commercial Quote →Here's exactly what Berkey customers can expect from first call to final walkthrough.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.
Plenty of companies advertise Basement Waterproofing in Berkey — here's what actually separates the ones worth calling from the ones that aren't.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Word of mouth is still how most Berkey customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."

We back our Berkey work with real, transferable warranties because we plan to be here long after the job is done, not just for the one visit.
